Step 1: Whip the whipping cream with a hand mixer or a stand mixer. You can whip it by hand, but it will take a LONG time and your arm will feel like it's going to fall off. It took me about 5 minutes with my KitchenAid stand mixer on medium-high to get the cream to the right, stiff, consistency.

Step 2: Mix the cocoa powder and sugar together with a fork in a small bowl.

Step 3: When the cream is completely stiffed and whipped, beat in the sugar/cocoa mixture on medium power.

Step 4: Fold in the vanilla extract and cream cheese.
