What did I do this weekend…dodged raindrops mostly. No school today because of flooding (Okeefeenokee Swamp is close by). I stayed in and baked bread with friends and enjoyed Tropical Dream Cake and cocoa/tea. After lunch decorated our church for Christmas with another friend. Sunshine and flip flops today.
Sounds like a lovely weekend!
Wow, love the FREE adventures you found, that’s amazing!
My oldest daughter is home for a month, so we are loving that and hoping to spend a great deal of quality time together.
This week to be frugal:
We went to our Christmas parade in town-FREE fun
Bought some 50% off Christmas decor that included a new tree skirt
My daughter who has learned to be thrifty, dehydrated orange and grapefruit slices for her new little Christmas tree, so sweet!
Made white chili with chicken that I found on sale
I made homemade GF Belgium waffles for us and topped them with some apple pie filling that we canned last year, Yummy!
