Quick Strawberry Ice Cream

I had a craving for this in the worst way yesterday! Good thing I had everything to make it. This “ice cream” recipe is so simple and it’s nice because unlike regular ice cream recipes you don’t need fresh cream that can be whipped, you can use frozen.

Quick Strawberry Ice Cream

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup frozen strawberries

Side note: I suggest organic or ones that you know where they came from since you will eat these raw. If you aren’t ok with eating raw eggs, don’t make this recipe.

For best results, stick your blender jar in the freezer for a while before you start this recipe.  If you are in too much of a hurry to do this, the final product will still be tasty but not quite as cold.

Blend together the cream, eggs, and sugar first. Then add the strawberries a few at a time. Serve immediately after making.

This recipe might seem like an odd mixture of ingredients but it’s so good!
